2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, and audits, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Recurring services may be canceled before the next billing cycle with written notice. Cancellations do not retroactively refund prior payments.
4. Late or Failed Payments
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed.
